The Troppmair's have been at home in the Zillertal for generations.
Originally from the Tyrolean Inntal around Hall, our family name is found particularly often in Finkenberg and Hippach, and over the centuries the numerous offshoots of our family name have been virtually unrelated.
This website deals with the Troppmair family of the "Walteser" farmer and the Neuwirt and his descendants who can still be found in Finkenberg today.
Sometimes under a new surname, but in the core a Troppmair remained.
